Task Planner
A five-column board the whole team shares.
A task board, a spreadsheet of leave, a wiki, a meeting-notes doc and a weekly status email — five places holding the same facts, agreeing on Monday and disagreeing by Thursday.
TeamPulse keeps one, and counts the rest from it.
The weekly report is counted from the board — never typed in a second time.
Weekly reports, dashboards and completion percentages are counted from the task board, not entered separately. That single decision is what stops a status report from quietly disagreeing with reality — and it is why nobody spends Friday afternoon assembling one.
Not a task board with extras bolted on — the parts a team actually runs on, in one place and sharing one set of records.
A five-column board the whole team shares.
Every status change timestamped, with time spent in each column.
Evidence attached, and a lead signs off before Done.
Each week counted from the board, broken down per member.
Read-only. Chases status, checks evidence, never edits a task.
Nested spaces with revision history, comments and access control.
Objectives on review cycles, with check-ins and approval.
Holidays, policies, accrual, balances and approvals.
Scheduling with agendas, minutes and in-meeting chat.
Completion, on-time delivery, workload and GitHub activity.
Real-time and in-app, across 26 event types.
Owns their tasks and personal work, posts evidence, requests leave, writes wiki pages and sets OKRs.
Everything a member can do, plus assigning work, signing off Done, approving leave, reviewing OKRs and seeing team dashboards.
Full access: teams, members, roles, categories, holidays, policies and every application setting.

A task board, a spreadsheet of leave, a wiki, a meeting-notes document and a weekly status email. All of it derives from one source of truth — the work on the board — so the report and the reality cannot drift apart.
No. The TPM agent is read-only. It asks for status, tracks blockers, checks posted evidence against the acceptance criteria and escalates when a task goes quiet — but every decision stays with a person. It is also optional and off by default.
Yes. Teams, roles, categories, holidays, leave policies, reminder schedules and which features are switched on are all settings rather than code changes — including whether the TPM agent runs at all.
Ask through the form on this page. Tell us the size and shape of your team and we will work out together whether it fits.
TeamPulse is not on a self-serve signup page. Tell us the size and shape of your team and how you work today, and we will take it from there — it is a better use of both our afternoons than a trial that was never going to fit.
