We do not keep a list of vacancies. We are a small group of engineers, researchers and mentors, and the people here mostly arrived by showing us work nobody asked them for.
Send it, and we will read it.
That is the whole process.

Four things that are
actually true here.
Not aspirations on a careers page. If any of these stops being true, we would rather rewrite the page than the reality.
You own a problem, not a ticket queue
People here have something that is theirs — a research question, a surface of the product, a group of students. The outcome is yours; the steps are not managed.
We write things down
Decisions, research logs, why the other option was rejected. Fewer meetings, and someone arriving later can reconstruct how we got here.
No performative busyness
No standups, no status theatre. What matters is what you found out this week. Deep work needs uninterrupted days.
The constraint is the point
We do not ship a feature that publishes a grade without a human behind it. If that reads as interesting rather than annoying, you will recognise the place.
