These terms cover this website and the general basis on which we offer our programmes and products. Specific engagements — an institutional licence, a programme enrolment, an employment agreement — are governed by their own signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this site

The content on this site is published for information. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share it. You may not republish it wholesale as your own, or use it to train a model that reproduces it.

What we publish about outcomes

Where we state an outcome — a rank, a number of papers, a time saving — it refers to results actually achieved by people we worked with. It is not a prediction about what you will achieve. We do not guarantee ranks, admissions, publications or employment, and we would treat any organisation that does with suspicion.

Programmes

• Fees, schedule and format are confirmed on the enrolment call before any payment.
• A full refund is available within the first two weeks of a programme if it is not what you expected. After that, refunds are considered case by case and in good faith.
• You may change mentors without giving a reason. A mentorship relationship that is not working helps nobody.
• We may end an engagement if a participant is abusive to mentors or other students. This has not happened; the provision exists so that it can be handled cleanly if it does.

Products

GunanQ is licensed to institutions under a separate agreement that covers data handling, uptime and support. Nothing on this page overrides it. SimRoboX is currently in private pilots and its terms will be issued with access.

One thing is constant across our products: a grade is never published without a human approving it. That is a property of how the systems are built, not a setting.

Intellectual property

Work produced by a student during a programme belongs to that student. Where our team contributes substantively to research, authorship is agreed in advance and in writing — we do not take authorship for supervision alone, and we do not give it for work not done.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
